My 2013 was a year filled with new experiences that I will always cherish. I had the pleasure of photographing 28 marriages and 46 families, brides, and engagements. I got to travel to New Orleans, Colorado, and Mexico to shoot amazing couples as they promise their lives to each other. I was featured on Green Wedding Shoes and Ruffled Blog, and in 2013 for the first time, a real wedding SMP shot was featured in print in the Spring/Summer 2014 Issue of The Knot Texas!
Personally, I said YES to the love of my life and cant wait to get married in 4 months! Being engaged has completely changed how I see weddings + engagements and I can now relate to all my couples not only on a business level, but a personal level! Weddings are the best thing ever since chocolate was discovered. I love photographing weddings, to this day I have photographed 78 weddings and counting! I cant get enough of them and I can see myself doing this for many years to come. There is just something about being in love and seeing others in love too that just makes you feel all mushy and warm inside. Cheers to 2014, a year for new experiences, hitting 100 weddings, and saying I do with my love. Happy New Year!
